New Music: One Direction Drummer Josh Devine Releases "Never Fade"

One Direction drummer Josh Devine & frequent collaborator Ollie Green have released a new single, “Never Fade.” Unlike Devine’s previous pop-rock music, this song is a simple yet heartfelt farewell to a long lost friend. “I’m tired of saying I’ll see you soon / How I wish it could be true,” he sings. The rise and fall of the soft piano chords accompany powerful vocals in the foreground, immersing the listener in the ebb and flow of the singers’ emotions.

Devine is most known for being the live drummer for One Direction, though he recently has been developing his solo career while the pop group remains on hiatus. Devine and Green released their debut EP, Through The Fire, in August 2015. This new single is only one more step forward for the promising careers of both artists!
